1. Which areas do you buy in?

We can help you rent back your house throughout the UK including Scotland! The only place we do not buy is in Ireland.

2. How quickly will I get my cash?

Your rent back will be completed within 7 days if you want since your house will typically be bought for cash!

3. Are there any guarantees?

Yes, below are some of the guarantees we can arrange for you with on behalf of our providers

• You will be given up to a 5 year tenancy with renewal options
• We guarantee to make an offer on every property we see
• To be professional and keep you updated at all times
• To pay your legal fees
 in full if you use our preferred solicitor or up to £500 if you use your own solicitor

5. What is the most you will pay for my property?

We can offer you up to 70% of the market value of your property. To find out exactly what your property is worth for free, simply fill out your details free valuation form

6. What are your fees?

You will not be charged any fees when selling through Rentback Helpline.  We make out money from the provider

7. What is the difference between the market Value and an Estate Agents valuation?

Market value is the TRUE value of your property based on facts and figures we’ll obtain from our sources including the Land Registry and other specialist resources available to us. It is the value similar properties in your area have actually sold for instead of what the estate agents advertise them for.

An estate agent value is normally 5% to 10% higher and is designed to get your property on their books! You’ll normally find they ask you to drop the price weeks or months into the sales process because the property is not selling in this poor market.

8. Can you help if I am being repossessed?

Yes. Contact us asap by completing our free valuation form and we will call you back instantly.

9. What if my property is already on with estate agents?

We can still arrange a rent back solution for you but we will have to have a look at your agreement with the estate agents to see if you will be liable for their fees. Give us a call and we can run through your specific situation.

10. Is your service confidential?

Of course it is! We respect all of our client’s privacy and will make sure that your home sale to rent back is discreet.

11. I know a friend who may be interested in your service. Is it worth me telling them?

Yes. We will pay 1% or up to £1,000 of the price we buy the house for as a referral fee.
