An estate agent value is normally 5% to 10% higher and is ‘designed’ to get your property on their books! You’ll normally find they ask you to drop the price weeks or months into the sales process because the property ‘isn’t selling in this poor market’.

A. Yes. We can setup a revolving short term tenancy agreement with you which will allow you to rent your property back from us for as long as you want or until you decide to buy it back from us.
